By installing or using the My Recipe Box application on iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.


2. Purpose of the Application

The My Recipe Box application provides a platform to create, store, and manage your personal recipe collection. Use of the application is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.


3. Eligibility

You must meet the legal age requirements in your country or have permission from a legal guardian to use the application.


4. User Account

Some features may require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity performed through your account.


5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The application may offer in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions.

5.1. Payments

  • iOS: Payments are charged through your Apple account.
  • Android: Payments are charged through your Google account.

5.2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5.3. Subscription Management

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions

5.4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

You agree not to:

  • bypass or disable security features;
  • decompile, modify, or redistribute the application;
  • use the app for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive activities;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;

All content, design, code, images, text, and trademarks in My Recipe Box are the exclusive property of CmonApp. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is forbidden.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.


10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application in case of violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or harmful behavior.


11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the app or on our website.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local legislation.
